Does the service call fee apply toward my repair?
Yes. When you proceed with the recommended repair, 100% of your service call fee applies directly toward the labor of the completed job. You never pay twice.
How is labor billed for commercial repairs?

Why aren’t residential ice makers under warranty?
Residential ice maker assemblies have a high failure rate driven by water quality, filter age, and freezer temperature variation β most failures are not technician-caused. We exclude them from warranty to keep pricing transparent.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Service calls, repairs, installations, and cleaning appointments are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
