• Policy: Service Call, repair, installation, and cleaning appointments are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled time

Commercial Warranty & Billing

• Standard Commercial Service Call: $180
• Emergency / After-Hours: $240 (10% discount applied if you proceed with the recommended repair)
• Labor Billing: 15-minute increments after the initial service call — you only pay for time we are actively working
• Parts: Flat-margin pricing on all manufacturer-approved components
• Warranty: 30-Day Priority Commercial Guarantee
