  • Policy: Service Call, Service/Repair, Installation, and Cleaning appointments are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  • ⚠️ Important Exclusion: Please note, there is no warranty on residential ice makers.

  • Hot Side: Commercial ovens, ranges, and warming cabinets.
  • Ice Machines: Expert repair for high-output commercial units.

– Commercial Pricing & Warranty Specifics

  • Standard Commercial Service Call: $180
  • Emergency / After-Hours Service Call: $240
  • Labor Billing: Billed in 15-minute increments after the first Service Call. You only pay for the time we are actually working.
  • Parts: Flat-margin pricing on all manufacturer-approved components.
  • Warranty: 30-Day Priority Commercial Guarantee.
